Julie from Cheese Please Charcuterie will guide you through the selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and other accompaniments. You will learn knife cuts, edible flower creations, where to purchase items, and food pairings.
The menu for the event will be similar to as follows:
Cheese: Cheddar, Colby Jack, Asiago, Dill Havarti, and Jalapeno Pepperjack Spread.
Meat: Pepperoni, Hard Salami, and Genoa Salami.
Fruits: Blueberries, Grapes, Clementines, Kiwi and Blackberries
Veggies: Sweet Baby Peppers, Cucumbers, Carrot
Brine: Olives and Cornichons.
Sweets & Treats: Dark Chocolate, Yogurt Covered Raisins and Mixed Nuts.
Vegan Options are also available, but you must let us know prior to the event.
