We’re thrilled to present an exclusive four-beer vertical tasting featuring three vintage pours of the iconic Mad Elf, plus the winter favorite, Blizzard of Hops. While the exact years of our Mad Elf vintages will be a surprise, each pour captures the unique depth and character that only time can bring. Rounding out the experience, Blizzard of Hops adds a crisp, hoppy contrast, making this lineup a perfect blend of seasonal warmth and wintery cheer.

What To Expect
- Instructor: Chef Gwyn
- Length: Approximately 1 hour.
- Format: Demonstration. Class will be taught by the instructors, with the opportunity for class members to be invited into the kitchen and assist with certain portions of the recipes. Everyone in the class will be able to enjoy the menu items made at the conclusion of the demonstration.
- Location: Second Floor. Please note the second floor can ONLY be accessed via stairs.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
