Description

Learn to make two kitchen staples completely from scratch: pillowy, olive oil–soaked bubbly, focaccia and luscious, creamy fresh ricotta. In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of working with yeasted dough and transforming simple ingredients into something truly special. We’ll finish by building epic sandwiches using the bread and cheese you made along with some mortadella, pistachios and truffle honey. Come hungry and ready to knead, stretch, stir and eat!
