By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Description
Learn the secrets to making the ultimate homemade pizza in this class with Pizza chef of the Year Brigi Stamber of Pizzaface Brighton.
You will work in pairs to learn the essential skills and tips for great home pizza making, including:
- Making and kneading the perfect dough with a range of techniques and take an additional ball of dough home.
- Discovering the secret to the perfect tomato sauce: hand-crushing tomatoes for a rich, sweet flavour and smooth texture.
- Choosing from a range of delicious veggie and meat toppings.
- Learning how to achieve the best results from different flours, ovens and temperatures.
Dietary requirements: The menu for the class contains gluten, meat & dairy. This class is adaptable for vegan or vegetarian diets but this must be specified when booking. For any other dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
