Pumpkin Picking & Apple Tour

Take a hayride through the orchard & pumpkin patch.  Learn about the lifecycle of apples & pumpkins, why we raise dwarf trees, the importance of pollination, and pick your own pie pumpkin to take home.  See first-hand how the apples are harvested then prepared for market with washing, grading, and packing.  Then walk through the cooler where the apples are stored.  See many different varieties of apples and talk about different tastes and uses.  Take home an apple to remember your day at the Orchard.  Students can then enjoy our 4-acre corn maze, super slide, swings, and much more on our unique playground.  You are more than welcome to bring sack lunches to enjoy at our picnic tables or lunch is available to purchase from our Mulberry Kitchen.
