This August we're doing thing a little differently. So many people go on vacation and might miss a class or two from an on-going course. We've got you covered! Each week we'll have a different stand-alone workshop. Take the ones that work with your schedule or grab your interest. Or take all four for extra burlesque fun!
Workshops are $30 each,, and $100 for all four
August 10: Burlesque Routine
Devastasia teaches a short, fun choreography that puts together elements from Introduction to Burlesque.
August 17: Down & Dirty Floorwork
Learn some sultry moves on the floor from Miss Mina, plus the secrets of getting up and down gracefully. Bring a yoga mat or other cushioning to protect your knees.
August 24: Go-go Galore
Miss Mina shows you classic dances from the '60s and moves inspired by them. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with good support (no street shoes in the studio, please). Prepare to sweat!
August 31: Flowing Fabric
Learn how to manipulate a veil, cape, skirt, or, any large piece of fabric or costume item with Miss Mina. Bring a piece of light-weight fabric between 2 and 3 yards long and 36-45 inches wide.
