HOT YOGA
I SWEAT TO YOGA, this class is what you need! A 60-minute class that contains the same sequence each class to help detox, build strength, challenge the mind and deepen your practice. With consistent practice, you will see your progress throughout the 10-weeks each time you flow! To celebrate your hard work, a refreshing eucalyptus towel will be provided during Savasana. <3
About the Event
HOT YOGA is a powerful blend of physical and mental benefits designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. The heated environment encourages deep muscle relaxation and detoxification, while the meditative aspect helps reduce stress and improve focus and mental clarity. NamaSally will guide you through the same series of postures and breathing exercises each week for 10 weeks. This will assist you in deepening your practice and seeing your progress over time.
Who Can Attend?
This event is open to all levels. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, I assure you a supportive and welcoming experience that best suits your body, not mine.
Come Prepared
Start hydrating the day BEFORE class, as well as the day of. Ensure you've eaten that day, but at least 2 hours of no food before class to ensure proper digestion.
Please bring the following to class:
- Yoga Mat
- A towel for your yoga mat. You can purchase a hot yoga towel here.
- Face towel to wipe sweat
- Water Bottle
- These items will not be provided or available to rent.
There are no showers available at the venue, but bathrooms are available to change clothes if desired.
