April 12th - South Asian chicken biryani packed with carrots, potatoes, and peas served with an onion raita and curd chiles. Raita is a yogurt based dish used to cool the mouth when you need a break from the spiciness of the biryani. Curd chiles are a crunchy condiment made of chiles that have been soaked in a buttermilk and yogurt marinade over night, and left to dry in the sun throughout the day. The process imbues the chile with a tangy flavor that tempers the natural heat of the chile.
Pre-order ends Wednesday 04/12/23 at 12 p.m.
April 19th - North African chicken tagine of chicken, dried apricots, and almonds served alongside classic accompaniments loubia (a white bean stew), roasted carrots, and khobz (a rustic North African white bread). Pre-order ends Wednesday 04/19/23 at p.m.
