This session focuses on shifting the cultural narrative in the nonprofit sector by using inclusive language and ethical storytelling principles. Participants learn to avoid "poverty porn" and "white saviorism" narratives and instead employ asset framing and empowering language to uplift marginalized communities. The session includes strategies for analyzing grant narratives through an equity lens
