Description

Kirna Amin brings the authentic tastes of Gujarat and Indian street food markets to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can prepare street food favourites here in Brighton.

You will work in pairs to prepare a typical menu of:

  • Vegetable samosas
  • Aloo tikki and coriander chutney with potato cakes
  • Misal pav - a mixed bean curry, layered with crunchy noodles , onions and served with a fried buttered roll
