Dutch Grammy winners jazz-singer/pianist Ineke Vandoorn and guitarist/composer Marc van Vugt toured across Canada in 2016 and 2018 They are returning to present their highly acclaimed album ‘Crossing Canada’. Music with intimate landscapes, exciting bursts, Brazilian choro and a fairytale Scandinavian vibe.The album Crossing Canada got raving reviews in Europe. Now is the time to bring this music back to Canada! After their succesful cross Canada tour in 2018 this is the second time they will be performing at the Dream Cafe!

Marc and Ineke released 12 cd's. Their original approach has taken them to clubs and festivals over the world, including Canada, USA, France, Germany, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Austria, Macedonia and Hungary. They recorded and performed with renown musicians as Thomas Chapin, Robin Eubanks, Andy Sheppard, Kenny Wheeler and Norma Winstone.Marc’s solo acoustic guitar album the Lonely Coyote got him elected in the acoustic guitarist top 10 in Europe.

Founded in 2001, we've developed a reputation, among artists and audiences alike, as a premium live entertainment venue across Canada and further afield.
Our room is a listening room, which is a rare gem to find. There is no greater gift to give performers than to simply listen. As an audience member, the experience is without parallel, providing an incredibly intimate and unique opportunity to see top talent from Canada, and around the world.
A wide range of musical styles can be seen on the Dream stage. Though they differ in genre, they are united in their skills. Expect to see Jazz, blues, indie, R&B, folk, punk, spoken word, reggae, rock, country, comedy, and more.
Chef Matt, who joined the Dream in 2023, offers an ethnic influence on his delectable, fresh and nutritious menu.

Doors open 6pm (unless otherwise stated). Show starts at 8pm. Kitchen is open from 6-9pm.
