Looking for ways to relax and bond with your baby? 

Infant Massage: Soothing Techniques, is a class where you can Learn to know when and how to give an infant massage. These techniques will help calm, relax, promote sleep and enhance bonding between caregiver and infant. Class can be taken prior to delivery, or with infants 6 weeks-1 year of age. 

Lunch provided for those individuals who attend both Infant Massage and Baby Basics
