2000 Northwest Market StreetLearn to create 3-D effects and physical layers with acrylic mediums and gels. Layer colors, clear gels and textures.
We will paint on wood panels and all materials are provided. Ideal for artists will at least some experience with acrylic paint. Create dimensional pieces - great for abstract, landscapes and still life. Pieces will dry between classes, allowing for more layering.
This three-session class takes place on the following dates, from 2-4 pm each day:
This class is recommended for students ages 14 and up.
Maxx Follis-Goodkind (she/her) loves teaching the breadth of possibility with acrylic painting. What would take weeks in oils, or never reach the level of realism in watercolors, is achieved with relative ease in acrylic.
