Description
A healing movement practice developed and taught by Olga Charapova. This style of intuitive movement developed out of Olga's Yoga training, used to transform her body and mind. Reframing her worldview and way of life, to create the life she dreamed of. Use movement to release emotions and blockages in your body to heal.
Join her for a powerful intuitive session combining free movement, stretching and yoga poses, dance, breath work and principals of Reiki.
A balance between a number of modalities to unlock points of tension, to destress and heal. Find simple ways to be more caring and experience a loving approach to healing yourself.
We hold so much stress in our bodies, some of us hold ourselves back from a yoga practice or regular fitness habits because of an old injury or pain. This workshop was developed to meet people where they are and offer tools you can use to care for and heal yourself long term.
