Bio
David Albright, M.Sc., is an American physicist and a nuclear weapons expert. From 1992 to 1997, David Albright was associated with the International Atomic Energy Agency's Action Team. In June 1996, he was invited to be the first non-governmental inspector of Iraq's nuclear program and questioned Iraqi officials about that country's 1980s secret nuclear weapons program. Albright is founder and President of the non-profit Institute for Science and International Security (Good ISIS) in Washington, D.C. He has been widely quoted in the media and has regularly testified to Congress. He has written numerous assessments on secret nuclear weapons programs. His latest book "Iran's Perilous Pursuit of Nuclear Weapons" chronicles Iran's efforts to acquire nuclear weapons, relying extensively on the nuclear archive seized by Israel in Tehran.
