This event pairs up three of Great Aunt Louise's scratch made appetizers with 3 miniature cocktails. You'll get to meet Cassandra, the chef behind Great Aunt Louise's, who can discuss her selections with you, taste Rhodium cocktails that pair with the appetizers, and meet one of the distillers.

Seating will be in the bar area, and you will be seated with other people. If you are part of a group, please let us know the names of who you'd like to be seated with, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Great Aunt Louise's was created at the beginning of 2020.
I retired from my full time career, of 40 years, in food advertising but wanted to continue working with food. Bagna Cauda (anchovy/garlic dip) was the main reason for this adventure as I couldn't find it anywhere. I loved it so much, I thought EVERYONE needed to try it and fall in love with it too and most do!Bagnetto, Antipasto and Family Sauce were just a nice addition to round out the family recipes from Piedmont.
Cassandra learned to cook from her Italian relatives, particularly spending significant time in Great Aunt Louise's kitchen. She fondly recalls watching, helping, and asking questions about both food and family. Great Aunt Louise, who lived to be over 100 years old, was a source of stories and joy for Cassandra, who cherished the time spent cooking and gossiping with her in the rustic farmhouse kitchen. Together, they practiced and preserved their family recipes.
RI Spirits makes Rhodium brand gins, vodkas & liqueurs at their distillery in the Conant Thread district of Pawtucket. Their organic and gluten free spirits feature fresh, farmed and foraged ingredients. The distillery's Tasting Room will be open during this event, and additional cocktails will be available (not included in ticket).
