Cream is long gone and John Mayer sucks now, but at least we have Jack Moony and the Sun Drops. Sometimes heavy, sometimes funky, but always a fun time, the dynamic Chicago rock trio always puts great tunes at the forefront.
Jack Moony (lead vocals, guitar) is lovingly backed up by Jonah Nink (bass, backing vocals), Mike Thompson (drums) and Stevie (dog, EP cover art model).

Ryan Mannebach
Ryan Mannebach has been performing, writing and recording songs since the age of 8 years old. Holding many different occupations in music including band leader, music teacher, audio engineer, producer, and songwriter, he is a regular performer in the Chicago music scene, particularly the rock, blues and jazz scenes. He grew up on blues and rock 'n' roll, which helped pave the way for him to be able to create an eclectic style all his own that infuses elements of those genres as well as funk, reggae, folk, and hip-hop. With the loss of his father at the age of 13, his biggest musical influence, he learned that music was his favorite medium to express the many highs and lows that life can bring.

WE HOST ONE OF THE BEST OPEN MICS IN THE COUNTRY EVERY SUNDAY, WHICH IS SPONSORED BY SHURE & GREENSTAR ORGANIC BREWERY. MANY OF OUR TALENTED NIGHTLY PERFORMERS HAVE GONE ON TO CRITICAL ACCLAIM.
