Description
The Portage County Historical Society is excited to welcome Americana and folk artist Josh Harty as part of our ongoing Music at the Mill Concert Series on October 19 at 6:30 p.m.! Currently residing in the Madison area, his songwriting reflects the landscapes of his North Dakota upbringing, capturing the essence of small-town life, the allure of the open road, and the bittersweet symphony of love and loss. Armed with his guitar and a voice that carries the weight of experience, Harty crafts melodies that linger in the soul and lyrics that resonate with truth.
All proceeds from this concert assist Portage County Historical Society's operation of the Rising Star Mill historic site.
Tickets in advance are $14 for members and $16 for non-members. Advance tickets are available for purchase until 4pm on the day of the event. No refunds.
If any remain, tickets may be purchased at the door for $20.
As the Rising Star Mill is an unheated, 1868 historic building, there is also the option to pre-order a buffalo plaid Portage County Historical Society blanket at a discount when included with your ticket purchase, while supplies last.
