The Lunar Blood Moon Eclipse in Virgo is bringing us to a crossroads & a major reality check! Do we decide to stay in mediocrity & in that which we can see is clearly not working for us or do we choose to make a change & be the change we want to see in our lives?! This is a real "Come to Jesus moment" where we need to ask ourselves truthfully, "What isn't serving me &, perhaps, what's not really serving anyone?!" & to be brutally honest with what wants to come up. Essentially, this eclipse is the catalyst for the evolution of our lives!!! It is prompting us to make the long overdue changes - to do the deep inner work, find our limiting beliefs & outdated programs & to flip the script! No more sitting on the sidelines in complacency! Yeppers! It's time to face the music! It's time to get real with what our hearts' desires truly are, what does it take to have our hearts' desires & what is holding us back from obtaining those desires or that way of being? Once we discover these potentially harsh truths, it's time to abolish them & incorporate action to fully stepping into your new reality with the understanding that the old way of being is being totally eclipsed out - there is no going back! This is the point in which we are recognizing what we want & that we are worthy of it! It's time to toss that "security blanket" out the window of the car & completely drive away! It's only serving as a parachute that is slowing you down! It's time to trust yourself, to trust what you need & to have trust to allow that to move you in a new direction!

In this sound healing journey, I will be invoking the ego eradicator herself, Kali Ma! Kali Ma is a Hindu deity, counterpart to Lord Shiva and goddess of empowerment, time, death (destruction of evil), & destruction. She does the dance of creation, preservation and destruction. - “with every step of her dance, it destroys the moment before & holds the future in darkness, coaxing us to be reborn into the eternal NOW.” She shows us where we are playing small & pushes us out of the nest to use our wings & soar with the eagles! She assists us with releasing negativity (that which no longer serves us) while strengthening our electromagnetic field, increasing vitality & sharpening our mental focus.
One of the many mantras for Kali Ma: Om Sri Maha Kalikayai Namaha - I bow my head & salute the Divine Goddess Mother, Kali. I call in my power, strength + knowledge. Find relief from even the most complex issues, allow your intellect to evolve + welcome greater happiness.

New to sound healing journeys?
A sound healing journey is a meditation practice in which the participants find themselves in a comfortable position either seated or laying down while a practitioner plays various instruments & chants emitting specific frequencies & sounds that assist in the healing process.
The vibrations of sound healing can be productive in supporting the nervous system, calming anxiety, depression, as well as improving sleep, reducing pain as well as promoting overall wellness.
There is no skill level required to attend these events. Whether this is your first sound healing journey or you are an avid sound healing attendee, there is always something new for you to experience. This practice is intended to be deeply transformative, leaving you with a feeling of peacefulness, calm & introspection.
WHAT TO BRING TO ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE:
While there is a limited supply of Yoga mats, bolsters, & blankets available, you may wish to bring your own.

I have a very unique "flavor" to my healing methods. I incorporate the ancient wisdom of shamanic practices with the power of sound therapy and my intuitively created artwork. My passion lies in uniting my two loves, my energetically infused Art & sound healing which opens the space to provide a more immersive & personal experience for the public. The energies of the artwork and those of the sound frequencies merge together and interact with the participants. While the sound work offers an audio and resonant healing effect, the Artwork provides a visual experience before and after the sound journey. The positive meditative experience as well as the infused energies of the artwork are anchored & integrated into the participants for a longer lasting healing experience. Each time, the participant views the artwork, they will be transported to that meditative and peaceful state reached during the event.
I currently reside in the Virginia Beach, VA area and offer my services through events at metaphysical shops, healing/wellness centers, spiritual centers, art galleries & in homes/businesses throughout the Virginia, Georgia & Ohio areas & everywhere in-between. My artwork has been exhibited locally, regionally, nationally & internationally & has been published in several web-based & print publications. Currently, I am represented by the exquisite Gallerie Ukwensi of Ghent at 424 W21st St., Norfolk, VA.
