Kids Create Saturday: Space Explorers

Description

MODA invites families to blast off into outer space! Young designers will use LEGO bricks to create rockets, planets, space stations, and more as they imagine what life beyond Earth could look like. Whether building a moon base, an alien planet, or an intergalactic spaceship, kids will explore the wonders of space through hands-on creativity and design. This drop-in program is included with museum admission and offers the flexibility for families to participate at their own pace. 

During this Kids Create Saturdays, we’ll:

• Use imagination and design thinking to solve cosmic challenges
• Encourage creative problem-solving through hands-on experimentation.
• Inspire young designers to think critically about shapes, patterns, and details.
• Provide a space where families can connect through play and design.
• Practice collaboration, inclusivity, creative courage, imaginative problem-solving, and critical thinking

Join us this May for an out-of-this-world adventure at MODA’s Kids Create Saturdays: Space Explorers!  Caregivers must accompany children at all times during this event.
