Day 1: Back to the basics! We will go through a variety of techniques while working through some basic recipes:
Knife skills: Rainbow veggie and chicken stir fry. Work through some different knife cuts for a variety of veggies that will be put all together in a delicious chicken stir fry.
Breakfast: All things eggs! How do you like your eggs? We will learn how to make everything from scrambled to omelets.
Baking: Everyone loves soft pretzels. We will learn the basics of yeast, kneading and why a baking soda bath is necessary to give pretzels their signature texture.
Dessert essentials: Everyone should have a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe go to. We have a tried a true recipe that we will bake and share.
Day 2 will be a global flavor adventure.
Italy: Always requested, pasta from scratch.
Mexico: Street tacos with pico de gallo
Japan: Veggie sushi rolls
France: Classic crepes
Lunch is included both days.
