One day is not enough Cheese! We're making this a week-long event in 2025! Join us for our fourth year for a bigger and multi-day chees-tastic event. We're excited to welcome back our popular sell-out, the Cheese and Cider pairing and dinner, as well as our Knoxville Cheese Fest (sampling event.)
Also new this year! We are celebrating all things Wisconsin! There are so many amazing cheesemakers from America's Dairyland. There are 100 Wisconsin cheesemakers, making it the Cheese State and collectively they have earned more than 5,500 awards across the globe, recognizing the quality of their cheese!
This week-long event offers opportunities to sample the variety of Wisconsin cheeses and pair them with other foods, ciders, beers, and wines.
APRIL 28 - World of Cheese Class @ Sparrow Wine Bar
Each attendee receives a box of nine cheeses, and the experts at Sparrow Wine Bar and Euphoric Cheese shop will educate you on cheese's origins. Great 101 Class!
APRIL 29 - FRENCH CHEESE TASTING @LILOU BRASSERIE
Bienvenue and welcome to Lilou Brasserie, a French retreat in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Spend an hour with ACS Certified Cheese Professional Jess Benoit, who runs Knoxville's only curated, sommelier-style cheese service. You'll indulge in four imported French cheeses, along with perfectly paired wines from one of the largest exclusively French wine collections in Tennessee. Learn about the history of cheese in France, the different rind styles, the cheese-making process, and the importance of terroir in both cheese and wine, all while enjoying exclusive use of Lilou's lounge. After your tasting hour is finished, stay for dinner, where Lilou will offer you 10% off your meal. A love affair awaits you at Lilou Brasserie.
APRIL 30 - GRILLED CHEESE AND CIDER PAIRING @BARRELHOUSE
Enjoy 4 grilled cheese samples of re-imagined grilled cheese, expertly paired with Gypsy Circus Cider. This is a self-guided event. You'll receive your sandwiches and 4 5 oz pours of cider (no substitutions), along with a card describing the pairings and why they work.

6-7pm Cider and Cheese pairing, led by World Cheese Judge Michael Landis and cheese experts from the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, featuring exclusively Wisconsin Cheeses.
8-10pm Cider and Cheese pairing followed by a cheesy dinner, led by World Cheese Judge Michael Landis and cheese experts from the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, featuring exclusively Wisconsin Cheeses.

Play a round of mini golf and sample cheese along the course!
MAY 3 - WINE AND CHEESE PAIRING @SPARROW WINE BAR BY EUPHORIC CHEESE SHOP
Join our friends at Sparrow Wine Bar in Farragut (141 West End Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37934) for a special wine and cheese pairing night on Saturday, May 3, at 4:00pm. You’ll enjoy four unique wine and cheese pairings celebrating some of the best cheeses from around the world while learning about how to pair wine and cheese, suggestions for creating your own pairings, why wine and cheese work so well together, fun facts about the wines and cheeses you’re tasting, and more. Then, once you’ve completing your tasting experience, you’ll receive a glass of your favorite wine from the pairing line-up so you can head next door to Euphoric Cheese Shop for a sip-and-shop experience where you’ll be able to sample cheeses from their selection of 75+ cheeses and purchase some goodies to take home.
