The Benevolent Benefactress Queen B helps artists expand their opportunities. Class will start with a discussion to set goals & intentions, explore different types of work available, uncover the life cycle of landing a booking & fostering professional relationships. This lecture will look at email examples and provide participants an understanding of the importance of attendance, aesthetic branding & professional courtesy & accountability. Attendees are encouraged to be open to learning how to recognize & be conscientious of all parties' boundaries, and be open to learning emotional intelligence & integrity in a shared space like the workplace. Your're invited to come explore regardless of dance experience. This class is intimate and will end with a Q & A panel. Bring note taking materials.

A Beautiful Benevolent Benefactress, Queen B is the Director of Volunteers for Bawdy Suite’s 2024 Juneteenth Jumpoff, Showcase of All Black Excellence. And as Owner & Director of Honey Hive Productions LLC, her infamous traveling showcase “STRIPPED” brings world class entertainment highlighting diversity & inclusivity for our BIPOC trans families building equity for artists alike. Raw, honest, and beautifully bare, Ms. B LaRose is pollinating her love for learning, one stage at a time!
This class is offered to all. The School of Striptease teaches using the motto, "all bodies are burlesque bodies." This course is scheduled to be taught in-person.
