Join Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Master Naturalist, Shelli Smith, for a relaxing stroll through the field and forest of Soleado Lavender Farm. Awaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the natural world through sensory explorations that combine curiosity, wandering and rest. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, nature therapy walks have proven health benefits including stress reduction, lower cortisol levels, reduced blood pressure, and improved immunity. Enjoy lavender tea as a closing to this lovely afternoon.

If the event has to be cancelled, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card good on future events, classes or any farm made lavender products available on Soleadolavender.com. Similarly, if you are not able to join a proposed rain date, and you let us know before the rain date you will receive store credit.
