Description
Linda Pitman is the owner of Ataraxis Yoga in Williston. She opened her studio in February 2024 with a focus on all-levels, accessible yoga classes and providing a space for individuals to connect freely and without judgement. Join Ataraxis Yoga and Belle Dickson Art for a yoga painting party in Watford City. This is a mess free opportunity to get creative, bringing process art and mindful movement together. Class begins with a discussion about letting go of the need for perfection. Following a brief meditation, artwork is created as we move through a gentle and fun yoga flow. We close by putting the finishing touches on our creations. Participants get to take their keepsakes home with them.
