Description
Join chef Kate Caccamo for a 2 day baking intensive.
Day 1 will be learning about the variety of doughs. You will make sourdough (for making wood fired pizzas for lunch), brioche, croissant, pate sablee, pate sucree and pate choux.
Day 2 will be finishing a variety of goodies to take home (and enjoy in class.) Ham and cheese or chocolate croissants, brioche cinnamon rolls, lemon tart, and chocolate eclairs.
Lunch is included as well as a bench scraper and rolling pin.
