Description

"Long time Georgetown residents Bill & Janine Kent (nee Prouse), Brent Barkhouse, Paul Thompson, and Steve Jones along with Guelph native Matt Teeter are the "Fossil Rockers".  Previously known as "Double Exposure" to many Georgetown residents they are a fun and talented group of musicians who have been playing music together for many years.

With this performance at TSCH featuring the music of Simon and Garfunkel, the group returns to its roots both musically and locally. Bill and Janine started their career while in school as a folk duo playing colleges and universities before moving on to being one of Ontarios busiest bands in Casino Resorts and doing corporate work. Janine Kent and Steve Jones both grew up at St John's church and are excited to be coming home. Janine the daughter of Alan and Verna Prouse and Steve the son of Jim and Noreen Jones (Jones Funeral Home) spent many a Sunday afternoon at St Johns in their youth, in fact, Janine sang her first solos there.

As a special added feature, Brent Barkhouse's other musical project Rave On featuring Andy Todd, Walter E Lee and John Panczuk will finish out the night playing a set of 60's 70's and 80's Classic Rock tunes.  It will be a lively and entertaining spring evening at TSCH.

You won't want to miss it!
