Early Access and tasting: Stout Cask Finish Development Bottles
We're tapping into the St. Patrick's Day spirit at the next QWC Happy Hour! The eagerly anticipated Development Program Stout Cask Finish American Single Malt will finally be available for Members looking to make their Irish friends jealous. Harvested from barrels that were recently filled with Heavy Seas Chocolate Volcano Imperial Stout and bottled at cask strength (~100 proof), this American Single Malt is a great bridge between Baltimore and the Emerald Isle. There's only 96 of the 200 mL Development Bottles for this tease, so make sure you grab at least one before they're gone!
And to help get everyone in the mood for the 'holiday' weekend, we're featuring two fantastic Irish themed cocktails:
- The Luck of the Irish (Navy Strength 114 ASM, sweet vermouth, Génépy Liqueur, mint)
- The Pot of Gold (Flagship 95 ASM, Peated ASM, housemade ginger honey simple, fresh lemon juice, dusted with a golden sugar)
Plus Food! - Soul Smoked BBQ will be at this month's happy hour with their delicious BBQ!
