QWC Pick - Single Barrel Release and Member Aging Barrel Tasting!
We've counted the ballots, and we're excited to announce that the next QWC Single Barrel selection is (A) - Barrel No. 16-0477! This whiskey has matured for seven years and eight months in virgin American oak and has reached a robust 132.1 proof. Roughly 250 bottles will be harvested from this 53-gallon barrel, so get here early. They will go fast!
We're Breaking Open the QWC Member Aging Barrels for a Special Tasting!
In May 2022, QWC members filled two 30-gallon barrels with new make fresh off our Baltimore still, marking the second year of opening the barrels and tasting the whiskey. Come out to taste the progress of this very special members-only small batch, and add your signature to the barrels.
Plus, Slycen Dyson will be serving up their smoked meats in the courtyard!
The evening starts with half-priced classic cocktails from 5-6pm, followed by complimentary whiskey sampling at 6pm. Stay till 8 to enjoy the whiskey, the food, and discover our exciting new cocktail offerings. See you there!
