Your nonprofit is making a difference—but can you measure it? This hands-on workshop will help organizations build meaningful evaluation practices that go beyond basic reporting. Attendees will explore practical strategies for defining key outcomes, collecting and analyzing data, and using impact insights to strengthen decision-making and storytelling. Through real-world examples, peer discussions, and a logic model template, participants will leave with concrete tools to refine or build their evaluation approach—ensuring they can track progress, adapt to change, and inspire funders, partners, and communities.
