Meat & Whiskey: A Wildwood Family Farms Farm to Table Experience

Description

A farm to table meat and whiskey experience. Join distillers from Traverse City Whiskey Co and Chef Tommy Fitzgerald for a night of good tastes all around. There will be discussion about how both the food and drink are prepared and paired to make the perfect marriage of taste.

4-5 pairings of meat and whiskey.  Whiskey sales available at the end of the night.

*a full cash bar will be available for those who do not wish to drink only whiskey.

MENU:

Pairing 1: Michigan Apple Whiskey with Butcher Block Smears 

Pairing 2. Cherry whiskey with Lamb Brochettes

Pairing 3. Rye whiskey with Smoked Salmon, fingerlings, caper Aioli

Pairing 4. Old Fashioned with Bourbon Pork Loin , orange zest and cranberry finish over sage dressing.

Pairing 5. Peach whiskey with a grilled peach Tiramisu.
