In this workshop we will explore creative Practices such as guided somatic movement, eft tapping and plant spirit meditation to help facilitate a deeper connection to our bodies and nature. Facilitated by Becky Love R-DMT, Licensed and board certified dance movement psychotherapist and herbalist Ashley Dudas
Please bring a drinking vessel for tea, a notebook abs a blanket or something comfy to sit on.
