Meditation Class: The Longing For Safe Connections
Our mental health is as important as our physical health. In today's fast-paced, disjointed world, fear and loneliness are are major themes in many people's lives. And the two together create a vicious cycle: feeling unsafe leads to isolation, and then isolation fuels more fear/unsafety. In this enriching and therapeutic Meditation Class, we will learn to connect in a safe and loving way to those scared and lonely places within.
Event Details
The session will be guided by Nikki Reiser, a well-versed Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Naturopath, and Energy Healer. Through a blend of channeled wisdom and guided meditations, she will help you to both understand and experience safe, and loving connections within yourself. These loving connections are necessary for true healing on any level to occur.

FAQ
I can't meditate!
That is the most common sentence Nikki has heard since she first started teaching meditation in her yoga classes 15 years ago, and it is absolutely NOT true. Everyone, yes everyone, even those with extreme focus challenges, can meditate!
What if I have more than one person in my household, do I need another ticket?
No need to buy another ticket; welcome to all the members of your household with just one ticket. We only ask that you do not share the zoom link that you receive with your ticket with anyone outside of your household.
What if I change my mind after I have purchased, or can't make it?
Since all ticket sales are final, feel free to give your ticket to another person. But there are no refunds or reschedules.
Will there be a recording of this class?
As of now, we are only offering the classes live. Although the classes will be recorded, those recordings are for interna use for now.
What if I fall asleep when meditating with Nikki?
That is okay- trust in whatever unfolds in your journey. But, a good rule of thumb for staying awake is to stand or walk when listening, or sit up in a tall straight backed chair. The more cozy and tucked in you are, the more likely to fall asleep.
