Joe Hellman, CPA, partner, leads the Advisory Services practice at Redpath and Company. He provides support to clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from evaluating opportunities pre-LOI to post-close net working capital true-ups and synergy assessments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a primary focus in quality of earnings. Joe has led hundreds of buy-side and sell-side transactions across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, consumer products, distribution, financial services, technology, and energy. He has provided public accounting services since 2008 and joined Redpath and Company in 2020.
Brett Larson is a shareholder and leads the Minneapolis Division of full-service law firm Messerli Kramer. He represents both buyers and sellers in preparing for and executing on merger and acquisition transactions and related tax deferral planning for sellers. Colin Johnson is a Managing Director with Wipfli with over 15 years of investment banking and consulting experience. He has advised on more than $1B of transactions across the manufacturing and distribution, contractor and residential services, product engineering and design, software as a service (SaaS), health care and market research industries. Colin focuses on advising private middle market companies and their shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, valuation, transition, and strategic planning matters.
