Join us for a fun evening for an amazing cause! We are partnering with Michigan Career & Technical Institute, a culinary trade school specifically for people with disabilities, to provide an amazing, student-created, five course diamond dinner.
Tickets are $50 each and net proceeds will be donated back to the school.
First Course: Mixed leaf salad with dates and apples
Second Course: Butternut squash soup
Third Course: Stuffed wild mushrooms
Fourth Course: Option One: Creamy Tuscan Chicken, Polenta, Asparagus OR Option Two: Roast Beef, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans
Fifth Course: Chocolate Mousse
