Grab a friend and join us for a morning of cooking & sipping mimosas! What could be better? We promise, poaching eggs and making hollandaise sauce is easier than you think! 

Menu

  • Eggs Benedict on Homemade English Muffin with Canadian Bacon, Poached Eggs and Hollandaise
  • Breakfast Potatoes
  • Lightly Dressed Greens

Techniques:

  • Learn how to make a hollandaise from scratch! We'll show you the tricks to creating a perfect emulsion and you'll learn one of the classic 'mother sauces'
  • Fry homemade english muffins
  • Poach eggs to perfection
  • Dress greens
  • Tasting, seasoning and balancing flavors
     

Each ticket includes

  • Hands-on instruction from professional chefs
  • 2 drinks from our bar: we'll have mimosas as well as wine, beer & non-alcoholic options. We'll have our seasonal selection of wines from small producers as well as local craft beer. Additional drinks are available for purchase.
  • A booklet of recipes from class
  • All the food you cook and enjoy during class, plus any leftovers to take home.
