Description

The Mini-Mornings program series introduces young learners (ages 3-6) to our museum spaces! Children and their caregivers participate in a story time and related craft and activity while exploring George Washington’s Ferry Farm or Historic Kenmore.

On October 17th, join us at Historic Kenmore to read This is the Pumpkin by Abby Levine in preparation for Halloween fun! Children will decorate their own mini pumpkin and paper tricorn hat to take home. Following the program, children and their caregivers are invited to take an abbreviated tour through the historic house or explore the visitor center gallery.

Attendees should check in at the Kenmore Visitor Center’s front desk. When entering through the front gate, turn left at the path near the flagpole to access the underground Visitor Center.

Free for children with adult admission.  Note: all children participating in the activity must be registered so that our staff has an accurate headcount.

Admission:

$12 per adult

Please note that photography is taken during all Foundation events and may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
