NYC Museum Trip! Join Professor's Michael Hughes and Daniel Cosentino on an informative trip to NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Guggenheim or other nearby NYC venues. This journey is made possible as a partnership between the Alpha Arts Institute, the SCCC Department of Visual and Performing Arts, and Campus Life. The 2, 56 seat busses (112 person capacity) leave from Sussex County Community College, at the A Building entrance, promptly at 9AM (arrive at 8:30 for boarding) and returns promptly at 5:30PM (leaving NYC at 4PM). The trip price of $42 includes transportation and select guided elements from Michael and Daniel. Additional expenses such as lunch, beverages, and any additional museum tickets are to be covered by individuals. The MET is free (pay as you wish) for students with a student ID. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the museum's website.
Ticket Price: $42 (transportation only)* Leaves 9AM Promptly (arrive at 8:30 for boarding) from Building A on SCCC Campus. Leaves from the MET in NYC at 4PM and arrives on SCCC campus at 5:30PM. Optional Tour of the MET: $40 (Tour will commence if 12 students sign up).
First Come, First Serve.
*Beverage, Food, and Museum entrance fee must be provided by each student/traveler separately. The MET is pay as you wish for students with an ID card.
