NYC Museum Trip! Join Professor's Michael Hughes and Daniel Cosentino Philips on an informative trip to NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Guggenheim. This journey is made possible as a partnership between the Alpha Arts Institute, the SCCC Department of Visual and Performing Arts, and with Jason Rodriquez, Coordinator of Student Engagement and Inclusion in Campus Life. The 56 seat bus leaves from Sussex County Community College, at the A Building entrance, promptly at 9AM (arrive before 8:45) and returns promptly at 5PM. The trip price of $40 includes transportation and select guided elements from Michael and Daniel. Additional expenses such as lunch, beverages, and museum tickets are to be covered by individuals. The MET is free (pay as you wish) for students with a student ID. The Guggenheim is $12 for students and has varying prices for others. Tickets for the Guggenheim can be purchased in advance on the museum's website.
