Come together with friends for a concert with conversation, food, and brews.
Departure Arts presents its third Music & Mentorship Series concert, hosting saxophonist/poet/producer Tim Hall and saxophonist/composer/arranger Jacques Schwarz-Bart. Tim and Jacques will share their own music inspired by their conversations together, while also sharing stories throughout the performance of their recent mentorship journey.
For the past six months, Tim and Jacques have been paired together in the Departure Arts Mentorship program. This project brings structure and funding to mentorship, an often informal form of artistic career development.
This project is supported by generous funding from the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
