We all know how to take a nap, but did you ever dream of taking a meditative nap on a lavender far? After many people telling us how much they want to take a nap on the farm we started nap class!
Bringing together lessons from Earthing, Forest Bathing and even from farming! relaxation techniques. You may or may not sleep, either way you will be rested and cared for. This fun and supportive class is perfect for anyone, older children, ten or older and adults of all ages. A quiet and private way to experience the farm.
A short walk down to a cool clearing in the Bamboo Forst We will start with a short introduction and a gentle meditation for relaxation helps you to tap into the sounds, scents, of the afternoon to stay present in the moment while you drift off.
35 min silent period for either sleep or meditation. You will be woken by a chime.
We know lavender for its calming properties and as a sleep aid, its other qualities are less well known, it can substantially aid in healing and pain relief. Spending time with lavender plants you can access these benefits much the same way that health benefits can be felt through Earthing and Grounding.
What to bring:
Bring a thick yoga mat or camping mat, a pillow and light blanket or sheet.
and water. Late afternoon as the farm is winding down for the day makes for a private, quiet time.
Followed by lavender tea and “free time” if you want to take a short walk on the farm. Receive a lavender eye pillow and bug spray with your ticket.
