Description

Would you like to help identify ways to accelerate the acquisition process?

NAWCTSD seeks to accelerate the acquisition process of Modeling, Simulation, and Training technologies by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based capabilities within government pre-award processes.  A tabletop exchange discussion will be conducted with technical experts from industry and academia to obtain input on feasible Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools that may help accelerate pre-award activities. Speed to contract is the goal.

Leveraging AI-based tools may help alleviate many of the manpower-intensive tasks within various pre-contract award processes such as documentation and analysis tasks that currently require human validation and verification. Possible activity examples include automation of initial entry criteria on technical evaluations, automated research, and comparison of Independent government cost estimates, or automated/assisted translation of mission requirements into performance requirements.

The outcome of this exchange will be used by NAWCTSD to inform possible future initiatives for development and implementation of some of the potential applications.

This is an in-person only event that will take place in the Central Florida Tech Grove located at 12809 Science Drive, Room 160, Orlando, FL.
