Crab-Stuffed Prawns with Champagne Beurre Blanc

Succulent jumbo prawns stuffed with delicate lump crab, baked to perfection, and finished with a rich, velvety champagne beurre blanc for an indulgent seafood entrée.

Filet Mignon with Red Wine Demi-Glace

Tender, perfectly seared filet mignon served over silky truffle parsnip purée, complemented by crisp seared asparagus dusted with parmesan and drizzled with a robust red wine demi-glace.

ROSE-HONEY GLAZED SALMON WITH PISTACHIO CRUST - $30

Flaky salmon brushed with a rose-honey jelly glaze and topped with a vibrant pistachio crust, served on a bed of fragrant saffron rice accompanied by honey-roasted Brussels sprouts for a stunning and flavorful dish.  Served with fall greens salad.

SPINACH RICOTTA CANNELLONI WITH CREAMY TOMATO BASIL SAUCE - $25

House-made pasta filled with creamy spinach and ricotta, baked in a luxurious creamy tomato basil sauce. Served with warm focaccia, topped with grated Parmesan and served with fresh Caeser Salad.
