Mujer, Inc. is a Phoenix, Arizona based, non-profit organization founded in 1981, by strong, beautiful, professional Latina women. The purpose of the organization is to serve as a venue for Latinas to come together to network and assist one another in navigating business and social arenas.

The Project Mana Leadership Program was created as Mujer, Inc.’s community outreach program. The curriculum is designed to offer Latina youth the opportunity to learn and develop their voice, self-esteem, gain knowledge of their ancestry to develop stronger cultural pride and self-empowerment methods in order to improve and understand their own uniqueness and personal stories.
