Description

Spend an evening with popular food writer, presenter and Community Kitchen favourite Lerato Umah-Shaylor. Lerato will show you how to become a master of spice and share amazing North African-inspired recipes from her new cookbook, Africana.

Under her expert guidance, You will work in pairs, and typically prepare dishes such as:

  • Ras-el-hanout spice blend
  • Celebration Tagine - inspired by Mrouzia. With saffron, apricots & preserved lemon and chicken or seasonal vegetables
  • Saffron Potatoes & Peas

A glorious feast with a spice blend, two main dishes and a dessert.
