Nowrooz 1403 & Harmony Day 2024 Grand Celebration
We are thrilled to announce an extraordinary celebration of Nowrooz and Harmony Day in Sydney! IRANSA, in collaboration with the UTS Persian Society and the Sydney University Iranian Society, has spared no effort to make this year’s event truly unforgettable. Join us for an enchanting evening filled with laughter, music, dance, and delectable Persian cuisine.

Event Highlights:
- Live Stand-Up Comedy by Tehran: Get ready to laugh out loud as Tehran takes the stage!
- Persian Feast: Indulge in a sumptuous four-course meal featuring Chenjeh, Joojeh, Koobideh, Saffron Rice, and Zereshk Po Side Dishes (Mast o Khiyar, Salad Fasl, and Chef Special Salad).
- Dance and Music: DJ Erfun will keep the beats alive for over two hours of non-stop dancing and music.
Ticket Classes and Prices (Early bird ticket capacity is now reached! The second round of ticket sales has begun):
- Student Ticket (for NSW students): $85 (excluding online booking fee)
- Note: Student tickets will be verified at the event during registration. A valid student ID is required.
- Non-Student Ticket (for non-students): $109 (excluding online booking fee)
Please read and consider the following terms and conditions:
All ticket holders are assumed to have agreed with the below terms and conditions.
1. All tickets must be purchased online through the ticket-selling website (iransa.simpletix.com). This service allows you to select a seat and pay for it online. We are not responsible for tickets that are not purchased directly from the website. All tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the ticket holder (i.e., with the same name and information). Early bird ticket sales should be limited in time and capacity, and the capacity is now reached!
2. Tickets are non-refundable, except for an official lockdown announced by the government of NSW.
3. All guests need to bring a valid ID (passport, photo ID, or driving license); no photocopies. All the current students studying at universities across the state of New South Wales are eligible to purchase student tickets. If students wish to bring their partner, they should purchase one general ticket for their partner, and they should make their purchase in one go.
4. Please be advised that all STUDENT tickets will be verified at the event at registration. All NSW students are eligible for these discounted tickets, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests purchasing student tickets MUST have their valid student ID at the time of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests without a valid student ID and may request that these guests pay any fee difference on the spot and before the event commences.
5. The registration starts strictly at 6:00 pm. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time to get to the venue and check in for your ticket. The main venue's entrance will be locked down after the event starts, and there will be no personnel at the check-in counter.
6. The dress code for this event is strictly “FORMAL”. Guests not following the dress code will be refused entry.
7. No professional camera/video camera is allowed during the event. There will be professional recording during the event, and all guests agree with their photos and videos being recorded and shared through our website and social platforms. We will be the owners of the recorded media, but we maintain no responsibility whatsoever towards the individuals included in videos and photos. If you have any concerns about this, you may consult with us before attending the event through the communication channels provided.
8. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Please advise us on your special diet needs (e.g., vegetarian dish, gluten-free) via our email (iransa.au@gmail.com), Instagram, Facebook, or through the Special Note section of the ticket purchase website.
