As a practitioner of Qi Gong, Tai Chi (Tai Ji), and Yoga, I provide instruction in Integrative Wellness classes melding an East meets West philosophy in gentle, structured exercises/movements/ postures and breath through the practice of Qi Gong, Mindfulness and Meditation, mixed with Tai Chi and Yoga. I refer to my style as “Nu Qi Gong” as it is a melding of my own experiences (Nu) and expertise in the Western approaches in the fields of neurophysiology, neuropsychology and neurology (Nu) melded with the Eastern approaches of Chinese medical practices in Qi Gong, Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, and mindfulness.

In this private class we will integrate mindful movements with calming breath, intention, and meditation. Private classes allow for 1-1 focused instruction and guidance to optimize your whole-person well-being.
