$60 per person, including 18% gratuity 

 

Reservations include Station Dinner, (1) Margarita Welcome Drink, and Tequila Tastings Provided by Republic National Distributing Company. Cash bar available.

1st Station:

  • Tortilla & Lime Soup
  • Grilled Corn Salad Topped with Cilantro Lime Dressing

 

2nd Station:

3rd Station:

  • Pineapple Chicken Enchiladas
  • Stuffed Chili Relleno

 

4th Station:

Mexican Alley 

  • Flour Tortillas and Corn Shells, Ground Beef, Fajita Chicken, Sauteed Shrimp,  Cilantro Black Beans, Shredded Lettuce, Grated Manchego Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Salsa, Sour Cream, and Guacamole.
