The Nobles of the Za-Ga-Zig Shrine Center are hosting our annual Outdoor Extravaganza Fundraiser held at the Iowa State Fairgrounds-Animal Learning Center on November 23rd, 2024. This event is open to everyone. We would like to invite you to participate in our annual Outdoor Extravaganza as a sponsor.
There are five levels of sponsorship based on donation:
Weekender $250
Help sponsor one of our many side raffles with a $250 donation. Weekender sponsors are listed in the Outdoor Extravaganza booklet and receive digital advertising. They will also receive 12 main raffle tickets, 2 sponsor raffle tickets, and reserved seating for 2 at the event.
Outdoorsman $500
Help sponsor one of our many side raffles with a $500 donation. Outdoorsman sponsors get their name or business name posted at a side raffle event, a quarter-page ad in the Outdoor Extravaganza booklet, and digital advertising. They also receive 24 main raffle tickets, 4 sponsor raffle tickets, and reserved seating for 4.
Outdoor Enthusiast $1,000
Co-Sponsor one of the side raffles with a $1,000 donation. Outdoor Enthusiast sponsors take the primary role is sponsoring a side raffle event, plus their name or business logo in a quarter-page ad in the Outdoor Extravaganza booklet, a banner at the event, and digital advertising. They also receive 48 main raffle tickets, 8 sponsor raffle tickets, and reserved seating for 8.
Outdoor Pro $1,500
Guarantee someone at your table goes home with a gun by becoming one of our primary event sponsors with a $1,500 donation. Outdoor Pro sponsors are listed as a primary sponsor for the event, a half-page ad in the Outdoor Extravaganza booklet, a banner in the main hall, and digital advertising. They receive 72 main raffle tickets, 16 sponsor raffle tickets, reserved seating for 8, and someone at the table will receive a gun.
Outdoor Elite $2,500
Guarantee EVERYONE at your table goes home with a gun by becoming one of our primary event sponsors with a $2,500 donation. Outdoor Elite sponsors get their name posted as a primary sponsor for the event, a full-page ad in the Outdoor Extravaganza booklet, a banner in the main hall, and digital advertising. They receive 96 main raffle tickets, 16 sponsor raffle tickets, and reserved seating for 8 and everyone at the table will receive a gun.
We expect hundreds of people to be in attendance the day of the event and thousands more will see our advertisements on fliers, banners, our website, and social media pages. Our organization’s ability to continue our good work is due in large part to the generous support of individual donors who believe in who we are, and what we represent.
