Under The Stars is a unique outdoor culinary pop-up experience. Learn how to start a fire and make delicious dishes outdoors with the bare essentials.
Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your campsite. Your tent and everything you need to prepare and eat your meal is provided.
You will be guided in preparing a shrimp boil foil for dinner and smores campfire cones for dessert.
Water and assorted soda will be provided. If you would like alcohol or any other type of specialty beverage with your meal please bring it

Classes are designed for families and friends who would like to learn outdoor cooking building their confidence with outdoor skills. Also, enjoy time together under the stars.
Please dress accordingly, and bring basic overnight needs such as a sleeping bag, pillow, and toiletries.
There is an indoor bathroom available less than 1/2 a mile from the campsite. There is an outdoor toilet sink etc next to the site that is very primitive.
In this experience you will:
Cook over a campfire
Reconnect in nature
Enjoy eating under the stars
Stay overnight in a tent
Enjoy coffee and pastries in the morning
Spend quality time with friends and family outdoors
Tents will be provided and set up prior to your arrival for an overnight stay. *Bring your own pillows, sleeping bags and chairs
Please dress accordingly and bring basic toiletries.
